What is Needle-Free Mesotherapy?
Needle-free mesotherapy is a treatment consisting of a mixture of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals that is given under the skin after opening the pores with plasma shower. Needle-free mesotherapy is effective in skin renewal, revitalization, reduction of wrinkles and lifting of sagging. Mesotherapy process stimulates the skin, and from the moment the process starts, mesolifting, that is, pulling the face up, begins. Apart from this, when it is applied to the face with a different treatment for spots that occur due to intense sun exposure, the spots are opened and reduced. The matte appearance on the skin is eliminated, sagging is corrected, and if the skin is oily, a serious decrease is seen in acne scar problems. There are various mesotherapy treatments for any deformation that occurs on the face. This process can be applied to the face, hands, chin, neck and décolleté areas.
Plasma Shower (Plasma Shower or Plasma Poration) Technology:
Plasma Shower treatment is applied with a special head and device that contains advanced plasma technology that produces plasma energy that can be applied directly to the skin. Plasma Shower technology uses energy provided by plasma instead of laser or radiofrequency. In plasma shower, energy is delivered to the target tissue at a controlled and safe level with millisecond pulses without contacting the skin.
Working mechanism on the skin: Plasma shower, Skin treatments, sterilization, absorption, skin regeneration, anti-pigmentation and increased skin elasticity have an extraordinary effect, while it does not damage the skin, veins or epidermal tissue as in laser. By inducing the cells in the skin barrier with the ions in the plasma, pores are opened for passage to the lower layers of the skin.
While only water-soluble solutions are delivered transdermally in iontopheresis-based systems and only oil-soluble solutions are delivered transdermally in electroporation-based systems, both water-soluble and oil-soluble systems can be delivered under the skin without a needle in plasma shower technology.
What is Needle-Free Mesotherapy? To which areas is it applied?
Plasma shower can be used on the whole body, including the hair. It is used in active acne treatment, melasma, wound healing, contact dermatitis, eczema, rosacea treatment, and in the reconstruction of the skin’s collagen structure. It can be used for needle-free mesotherapy for transdermal (lower layers of the skin) delivery. These features provide needle-free application not only in mesotherapy but also in the treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and elimination of filling complications.
Thanks to the skin plasma beam, it triggers a series of natural reactions that can be very useful in the treatment of acne and problematic skin:
-Destroys Bacteria – plasma energy destroys bacteria both on the skin and in the pores. Although bacteria may reappear, its sterilization feature stops the excessive activity that causes acne and inflammation to flare up.
-Helps Absorption – plasma treatment stimulates the skin in various ways. One of the most important advantages is that plasma-treated skin can better absorb all applied creams or serums, making them more effective.
-Accelerated Healing – plasma energy therapy stimulates the body’s healing process, allowing redness, cysts or inflammatory lesions to heal faster. It stimulates the production of collagen, fibroblasts and elastin.
-Skin Rejuvenation – after the treatment, the skin begins to regenerate. Within a few weeks of starting the treatment, the skin will produce new skin cells, collagen and elastin. This helps the skin to look healthier, clearer and younger.
Is the application painful? How long does it take for redness and bruising to disappear?
There is no damage in the plasma shower. It is not a painful procedure. While there is minimal damage to the surgical head, edema is much lower than alternative systems with high-frequency scanning.
Does it need to be repeated?
In needle-free mesotherapy, repeat sessions can be performed between 1 and 3 times depending on the indication. If a single session is required for eyelid applications, they are completed with a check-up within 1 month.
