Therefore, we would like to inform you within the scope of this Clarification Text in the capacity of Data Controller regarding the methods of collection of your personal data, the purposes for their processing, the legal grounds for processing and your rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“KVKK or the Law”) which is regulated in the purpose of protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of personal life, of people and to protect the personal data.
- Purpose of Processing the Personal Data:
Your personal data which are processed within this Clarification Text; are processed as per the purposes of conducting the advertisement and promotion activities.
In the event of any changes to the purpose of processing your Personal Data stated in the Clarification Text, you will be asked for that particular consent.
- Parties to Whom Your Personal Data Can be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer:
Within the framework of the terms of personal data processing as stated in the articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of the personal data, your personal data; are transferred to the social media platform Instagram, whose servers are abroad, within the framework of the advertisement and promotion activities.
- Method and Legal Grounds of Collection
Your personal data are collected on electronic (photos or videos) environments to be used for the purposes stated in this Clarification Text.
Within this scope; your personal data; will be processed as per the legal grounds for taking your open consent; within the framework of the data processing purposes stated above within the scope of article 1; based on the terms of personal data processing stated in the articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
- Rights of the Personal Data Owner
In accordance with article 11 of the Law, as the data owner, you have the rights to;
Learn whether your personal data are processed,
Request information if your personal data have been processed,
Learn the purpose for processing your personal data and learn whether they are being used expediently,
Know about the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred domestically or internationally,
In the event that the personal data have been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request that they are corrected and requesting that the action taken within this scope is notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
In the event that the reasons that require their processing go away, even though they have been processed in compliance with KVKK and the other relevant law provisions, request that the personal data are deleted or destroyed, and request that the action taken within this scope is notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Object to an outcome that is to the detriment of the person due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively via automatic systems,
In the event of suffering damages due to the illegal processing of the personal data, request that the damages are rectified.
In the event that you send your request to use your rights stated in this article as per article 13/1 of KVKK in writing to the address Zühtüpaşa Mahallesi, Bağdat Caddesi No:28 34724 Kadıköy/Istanbul by hand personally or via notary or to the e-mail address [email protected] and to the previously registered electronic mail address on our site after completely filling in the application form on the web address of www.safakgoktas.com, your identity and supporting documents, your application will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days.
In the event that a reply is given in writing regarding the requests and that there is an additional cost for this reason, you can be charged with a fee based on the tariff that is specified by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

- Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı:
İşbu Aydınlatma Metni kapsamında işlenen kişisel verileriniz; reklam ve tanıtım faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi amaçları uyarınca işlenmektedir.
Aydınlatma Metni’nde belirtilen Kişisel Verilerinizin işlenme amacında herhangi bir değişiklik olması halinde, ayrıca tarafınızdan izin alınacaktır.
- Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılabileceği Taraflar ile Aktarım Amacı:
KVKK’nın kişisel verilerin aktarılmasına ilişkin 8. ve 9. maddesinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları çerçevesinde kişisel verileriniz; reklam ve tanıtım faaliyetleri çerçevesince sosyal medya mecralarından sunucuları yurtdışında bulunan Instagrama aktarılmaktadır.
- Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Bu kapsamda; KVKK’nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartlarına dayalı olarak; yukarıda 1. madde kapsamında belirtilen veri işleme amaçları çerçevesince kişisel verileriniz; açık rızanızın alınması hukuki sebebi uyarınca halinde işlenecektir.
- Kişisel Veri Sahibinin Hakları
Kanun’un 11. maddesi uyarınca, veri sahibi olarak;
Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
Kişisel verilerinin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
KVKK ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
Kişisel verilerinin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme, haklarına sahipsiniz.
KVKK madde 13 /1 uyarınca, işbu maddede belirtilen haklarınızı kullanmak için talebinizi, yazılı olarak www.safakgoktas.com web adresindeki başvuru formu ve kimliğinizi teşvik edici belgeleri eksiksiz doldurarak Zühtüpaşa Mahallesi, Bağdat Caddesi No:28 34724 Kadıköy/İstanbul adresine bizzat elden veya noter vasıtasıyla veya [email protected] adresine ve sistemimizde daha önce kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresine iletilmesi halinde 30 (otuz) gün içerisinde başvurunuz değerlendirilerek sonuçlandırılacaktır.
Taleplere ilişkin olarak yazılı şekilde yanıt verilmesi ve bu sebeple ayrıca bir maliyet söz konusu olması halinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifeye göre tarafınızdan ücret talep edilebilecektir.
